Pharos Grinder
The folks at Orphan Espresso are updating this grinder and it is not currently available. A little clunky for some, but it's 68mm commercial burrs grind espresso every bit as good as the $3000 commercial grinders found in the best high-end cafes. Not as handy or solid as the Rosco mini, but if ultimate espresso is you goal, this is the grinder.
